The many attractions of Central England are also within driving distance including Cheltenham, Stratford-upon-Avon, Oxford and Bath. The Cotswolds offers some of the country’s most loved country houses; most popular sporting events; finest gastro pubs and most beautiful architecture, encapsulated by the glorious rolling Cotswolds hills.

About Us
We fell in love with the Cotswolds over 20 years ago when we purchased Farthing Cottage. We enjoy everything that Stow has to offer – lovely boutiques to browse, shops selling fabulous produce, and fantastic pubs and restaurants for a meal out. There are wonderful walks to pretty Cotswolds villages from the front door, the warm glow of a log burner for relaxing nights and an abundance of attractions for day trips out (if you can tear yourself away from Stow!). We believe that holidays are very special, and our aim is to provide all the conveniences and comfort of home to ensure a relaxing and memorable holiday in the Cotswolds.

Stow-on-the-Wold puts you right at the very heart of the Cotswolds. Whether you are visiting with or without a car, there is plenty to see and do and everything you should need within easy walking distance of the cottages. Regular trains run from London Paddington to Moreton-in-Marsh where a bus service or taxi connects you to Stow (apx a 15-minute taxi ride); and Heathrow, Birmingham and Gatwick airports are all normally less than 2 hours’ drive.
